Course 9 - Systems

Most owners move into a custom home without understanding how it actually works. The walls and the finishes are what they see. The systems are what they live with every single day for the rest of their time in that home, and most of the critical decisions about those systems were made during rough-in before they ever asked a question.

This course teaches you what the major mechanical systems are, how they interact, which decisions get locked in during construction that you can never change without opening walls, and how to evaluate your systems at the mechanical walk-through before you accept the home at closing.
