Tina B brings more than 30 years of real-world residential construction experience to Custom Build Academy. Her career has been built inside the custom home industry, working through the details most people never fully see until they are deep in the process: budgets, schedules, selections, land concerns, builder communication, vendor coordination, client expectations, and construction systems.

Tina created Custom Build Academy to help Owners, Realtors, and Upcoming Builders gain the clarity they need to navigate custom construction with more confidence and fewer costly surprises.

For Owners, Tina teaches how to understand the building process, ask better questions, protect their investment, and make informed decisions from land to final walkthrough.

For Realtors, she provides practical construction knowledge that helps agents better guide clients through land, feasibility, builder conversations, timelines, and expectations.

For Builders, Tina teaches the real-world experience of what it takes to be a builder today, from the office to the field , including systems, communication, scheduling, client management, trade coordination, and the leadership needed to build successfully.

Her instruction is practical, direct, and grounded in decades of job site and office reality. Tina’s mission is simple: help each client group understand the process, communicate better, and build with clarity.
